Board and lodging:

The daily costs including meals and lodging is 35 Euro per person per day. The teams will be accommodated at Student hostel near regatta course.

Entries:

Competitors born between 1990 and 1992 (age 15, 16 and 17 years) have the right to participate in the Olympic Hopes Competition. Each country can enter 2 boats in each discipline.

You are kindly requested to return the numerical entries by 21.08. 2007 and nominal entries by 03.09. 2007

Based on the results achieved the team will receive points according to following system:

Team leaders meeting: 21.09. 2007 (Friday) at 19.00 (07.00 p.m.) in conference room at Brdyujście Regatta Course

Participation fees:

Participant's fee including food, accommodation, accreditation, medical care at the course, security service at the course and access to parking (per person and day):

There are limited availability of rooms in each level. Reservations will be accepted on a FIRST COME - FIRST SERVED system. In case of not enough space in requested level your team will be confirmed about redirection to different Level.

The rooms on departure day are to be vacated until 10:00 AM.

The participation fees indicated at the different categories include the following services:

• Three meals per day
• Accreditation
• Medical care at the course
• Security service at the course
• Access pass and parking for one trailer and one accredited vehicle

Those who will arrive in Bydgoszcz earlier will have to arrange transport from the hotel to the competition venue by themselves or Organizing Committee.

In case accommodation and catering are not booked through Organizing Committee, the participation fee amounts of 25.-EURO per person/per day, includes the following services:

• Accreditation
• Medical care at the course
• Security service at the course,
• Access pass and parking for one trailer and one accredited vehicle,

Payments should be done to the bank account of the Organizing Committee or after arrival to Bydgoszcz at the accreditation centre:

Cancellation terms

Cancelled until August, 25th no forfeit
Cancelled August, 26th - September, 1st 30% forfeit
Cancelled September, 2nd - 15th 60% forfeit
Cancelled after September, 16th 100% forfeit
